When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. The personal information which you provide on our booking form via bookwhen is held on our online database which only our staff team have password access to.
 

Forms for our Nursery & Holiday club are stored in a private folder accessed only by our Forest School Leaders for the safety of you and your child/children on site. This information is never shared with a third party. We retain the forms of regular customers in the folder for future sessions. These are stored in a locked cupboard on site.
 
Non-sensitive details (e.g. name, email address) are transmitted over the Internet, and although this website and any other systems we use for data capture use SSL protection, we cannot guarantee that the data will be 100% secure when it is transmitted. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us through enquiry forms or email enquiries, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

If you change your email address or any of the other information we hold is inaccurate or out of date, you can email us to request that we update it, or you can use the booking form on the website.
 

Please ensure if we make you a manual booking through us by paying with childcare vouchers, that the information you give to us, or we take from previous bookings is consistently up to date and correct.
